HOW TO USE

1. Shake the bottle well before use.

2. Release one push of the dropper, or nearly half a pipettes worth, of liquid under your tongue.

3. Hold for 30 seconds until fully absorbed before swallowing.

4. For optimum effect use every morning and throughout the day as needed.
