Moyra began her professional career in the 1980s as an Account Manager for Saatchi & Saatchi. From there she moved into Marketing, Communications and Training in the IT industry.

What all her experience has in common is a focus on quality conversations. She believes genuine, trustful communication lies at the heart of good leadership, effective teamwork and successful organisations. She spent her childhood in Zimbabwe and has lived in Italy and the US, as well as the UK. So she has had plenty of experience navigating difference, change and transition and can help you to do the same.
