Late Cancellation, Missed Appointment (DNA) and Refund Policy
Your scheduled appointment is important to us. We want to make sure that all patients receive the best service possible during each of their appointments.
However, late cancelations and missed appointments are all charged at the full price of the appointment booked.
Whilst we understand that the unexpected can happen, each appointment is reserved in accordance with the booking. Therefore, when a patient doesn’t attend or cancels within 24 hours, often we have turned patients away. And we are unlikely to be able to recoup the cost of the appointment within that time frame.
We offer a variety of packages for our wide range of services. To help patients/clients make the most of their treatments or sessions. Please note once a package has been purchased and you have taken at least one treatment or session from that package, a refund will no longer be available, should you change your mind, we will however do all that we can to accommodate the cost of your package, with another service, treatment, or items from our shop.
