Emma James
Emma James, Director of The Wellness Hub believes everybody deserves a life free from pain and creates bespoke packages for every client with individual requirements being the key focus.
She has built The Wellness hub with the aim of creating an environment which feels like a home from home, where you can achieve anything from working at an optimal level of fitness in our PT studio or our online gym to peruse our amazing retail in a calm and luxurious environment.

Kate
Customer Services Manager and PA to Emma James
Kate is in charge of making sure all patients expectations, requirements and needs are met.
Kate firmly believes that every patient is entitled to elite care, from your first enquiry with us, to your last appointment and will do her best to ensure every patient journey with Emma James Physio is of the highest standard. Along with the rest of the admin team she will be able to assist you in the whole process from booking an appointment to settling your account.

Kim Pedrick
Physiotherapist
With a wealth of experience spanning over two decades, Kim Pedrick is an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist who has made a significant impact in both the NHS and private practice.
Kim trained and then worked as a dancer before injury meant a career re-think. She qualified with a BSC (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 1998 and since then has undertaken an MSc in sports physiotherapy. In addition, she has completed extensive postgraduate training in acupuncture and pelvic and women’s health. She is experienced in the assessment and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction in both men and women, pre and post-natal rehabilitation, bladder and bowel problems, post-surgical rehabilitation and uro-gynae symptoms of menopause.
Kim is an experienced, qualified Pilates instructor who regularly lectures and runs workshops for other professionals. She has taught at all levels and has a passion for using movement as part of her treatment to enable everybody to move better, whatever their ability and physical fitness level. She uses manual therapy techniques in conjunction with acupuncture and movement facilitation to treat, educate and collaborate with each person. she believes in a holistic, individualised approach to feeling better whatever your needs.

Nicola Wong
Physiotherapist
Nic has a friendly, goal focussed approach and a passion for patient centred care. She uses a combination of hands on manual therapy alongside addressing movement dysfunction and prescribing functional rehabilitation exercises to help restore function. Nic highly values the benefit of educating her clients to fully understand their condition and to play an active role in their rehabilitation and ongoing physical health.
Since qualifying as a physiotherapist in 2001, Nic has worked in NHS and private settings as well as having a Professional Adviser role at the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and working in the corporate world for a while. Nic is trained in clinical Pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI) and offers 1:1 sessions to support treatment for low back pain and other musculoskeletal conditions alongside fitness training programmes.
Nic has a background in rowing at a national level, so understands the commitment needed for high level sport, she is also a keen runner and tennis player.
Nic is driven to make a difference to her client’s wellbeing, through building a good understanding of each client and tailoring her approach as required.

Olivia Lunn
Sports Therapist
Olivia is a qualified Sports Therapist (BSc Hons, MSST) with hands-on experience working pitch-side with women’s football teams. With a background in sport and a foundation in dance, she brings a deep understanding of movement, injury, and the recovery process — whether you’re training, performing, or simply trying to move more comfortably.
Her calm, friendly, and professional approach helps clients feel at ease, while her evidence-based treatments and personalised rehab plans are tailored to support all levels — from athletes to everyday movers. Olivia is passionate about helping people reduce pain, build strength, and stay doing what they love.

Sarah Frame
Physiotherapist
Sarah graduated from UCL in 1997 as a Chartered Physiotherapist. She has extensive experience in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, plastic surgery, pain management, and women’s health services, working in both the NHS and private sectors.
She has also served as an operational lead in therapy services, before managing women’s, children’s, and sexual health hospital services. Her career then transitioned into national health policy work and the corporate pharmaceutical industry.
Sarah is passionate about providing evidence-based care tailored to individual needs. She offers hands-on manual therapy and ensures that clients understand the root cause of their condition, promoting goal-oriented care and an active involvement in their rehabilitation.
Sports play a significant role in Sarah's life, both in participation and in trying to keep up with her children.
Sarah has a special interest in post-injury and pre- and post-operative treatment and rehabilitation, particularly for the lower and upper limb. She is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals.
Recently, Sarah has rekindled her interest in Women’s Health, focusing on the gaps in education and effective care for symptoms that many experience in silence.
