Remi’s journey into the world of energy healing was born from a deep personal experience. For most of her life, Remi struggled with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from her own sense of peace. After years of seeking solutions and exploring various methods for healing, she discovered Reiki. The practice not only helped Remi find balance and calm, but it also sparked a deep passion to help others on their own healing journeys.
In addition to Reiki, Remi’s love for crystals began in childhood, drawn to their natural beauty and energy, fascinated by their healing properties. Over the years, this connection grew into a desire to integrate crystals into her practice. Remi pursued advanced training and became a Level 2 Crystal Healing & Crystal Reiki Practitioner to blend the powerful energies of Reiki and crystals to create a more holistic healing experience.

Reiki Healing - £70 (1 hr) - Book Online
Reiki (pronounced 'Ray - Key') – when translated is 'life force energy'. Reiki is a mode of energy healing which will involve placing hands either on or just above your body whilst you are fully clothed. This life force energy promotes the relaxation response from your body, and this life force energy works with your body to self heal. Often we experience physical pain in our body which often can be caused by an imbalance or dis-ease within your body, Reiki helps in re-balancing this.
Crystal Healing - £70 (1 hr) - Book Online
Crystal are natural occurring minerals, all Crystals have their own vibrational frequency which emits healing properties. When Crystals are placed on or near the body they work in conjunction with the body's Chakra system and Aura. Chakras are like energy vortex's and can either be blocked, balanced, or overactive. The Crystals respond to the energy field of the body and provide the healing properties the body needs (including the Chakras) allowing the body to be more balanced.
Sound Bath Healing - £70 (1 hr) for a private class (up to 2 people) - Book Online
The vibrations and waves from the sounds affect the ‘unseen’ parts of our body which include; the biofield which is the space around our body but also still part of our body (the unseen); our 7 chakras, which are, what I like to be described as ‘energy vortex’, Meridians, which are tiny energy pathways. The waves and vibrations respond to the imbalances within these energy fields and offer them in a sense energetic nourishment.
Initially sound will be felt in the body which will be done by inducing the body into a relaxed state, it is in this state of mind where “stuck” emotions can be released by using the sounds in a particular way. Not only can suppressed emotions be released but also past trauma which is held by the soul and body can be released. Sound healing can also assist to entrain the brainwave states, which can uncover unhelpful beliefs which we hold in our mind and in our subconscious, which can then be released.
Sound Bath & Crystal Healing Events - £22 per person (up to 4 people)
Experience the harmonies convergence of soothing soundscapes and ethereal energy of Crystal Healing, inviting you to immerse yourself in a transformative journey of relaxation and rejuvenation at our Sound Healing event with Crystal Healing. The Crystals we will work with will be infused with Reiki energy.
In this event, you'll be enveloped by the mesmerizing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other melodic instruments, creating a symphony of sound that resonates with your body's energy centre. As the sounds wash over you, they promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and balance your inner energy. The crystals infused with Reiki will work with your body to provide its individual natural healing properties; the vibration of the sounds will allow the crystals to continue to vibrate for the duration of the Sound bath.
What to bring: Bring your own YOGA mat as you will be lying down (you may want to bring 2 for comfort). You may want to bring a cushion or a pillow to rest under your head and/or under your knees. I would advise to bring a blanket and warm socks, as sometimes when our body is in a relaxed state our temperature may drop and we may feel cold. You may wish to bring a bottle of water for after the session. Please let us know if you are unable to lie down on the floor, and we will ensure you are provided with a chair.

- Cardiac or Brain Implants (eg. stents, pacemakers, Defibrillators, artificial heart valve, cardiac arrhythmias, deep brain stimulation device).
- Non sound induced epilepsy
