UK Shipping

Nationwide Deliveries

We charge £4.00 for standard shipping. This is a 48 hour tracked service with Royal Mail. We charge £6.50 for express shipping. This is a 24 hour tracked service with Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch standard orders within two to three working days and within one for express.

Local Deliveries

If you are based locally within our hand delivery radius (Berkhamsted, Tring, Bovingdon, Markyate or Hemel Hempstead) we will package and hand deliver your order within two to three working days for free, just use #SHOPLOCAL at checkout. This applies to all order sizes. Depending on demand we sometimes hand deliver out of this radius, but this is not guaranteed and standard charges apply.

Collection Terms

If you have chosen to collect your order from our hub, your order will be ready within one to two days (sometimes hours on quiet days).

We just ask you wait until your order has been marked as dispatched before heading in. This gives us time to pack your order so your trip is not a waste. If your order has been waiting for you for a couple of days and is feeling lonely, we will drop you an email to remind you.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return, unused to us within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or full refund. If items have been used we will not be able to offer a full or partial refund.

We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.

What postage method should I use for return?

If you choose to return or exchange an item then, unfortunately, you will need to pay for the cost of postage as we are a small business.

Also, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit we advise you to get proof of postage.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Once your order has arrived back safely with us we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost within 14 days.

What if my order is faulty?

Every effort is made to ensure that your order is of the highest standard when hand packing them ourselves but in the event that there is a problem please get in touch by emailing reception@the-wellness-hub.co.uk and we will endeavour to correct it as quickly as possible. You are responsible for inspecting the goods on delivery. Any damage or faults must be reported to the delivery team and annotated on any paperwork at the point of delivery. Once goods have been delivered and signed you are liable for any subsequent damage or loss.
