It is a great way to reduce stress, enhance a feeling of calm, provide relief, and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and helps reduce swelling. Each Prenatal massage is personalised to your specific needs to ensure you get the most out of your treatment.
