Tracy has been with Emma James Physio for more than 12 years and supports the growing team of therapists and assists with the ever-increasing administration associated with a busy practice.

While our customer service is very important, Tracy also has outstanding communication, relationship-building and influencing skills, which inspire confidence and loyalty.

Tracy has vast experience dealing with all aspects of your care whether in customer service or in reception. On the retail side of the company Tracy also deals with the PelviPower Chair, which can be tailored to your individual needs as required. Her aim is to put every patient at ease and treat them as individuals.

She has proven herself to be an invaluable asset to the clinic, and has a great understanding of the roles of all the therapists in the team, as well as the complexities of helping run a busy clinic.
